2. Our Payment Model

Eiredriver operates on a one-time payment model:

  • Free Tier: Permanent access to 2 practice sessions and 1 mock test per day (no payment required)
  • Premium Packages: One-time payment for time-limited premium access (30, 90, 180, or 365 days)
  • No Subscriptions: We do not offer recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals
  • No Stored Payment Details: We do not save your payment information for future charges
  • Optional Repurchase: When your access expires, you may choose to purchase a new package if desired

Important: You will never be charged again unless you explicitly make a new purchase. There are no hidden fees or automatic renewals.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all first-time premium purchases. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

4. Refunds After the 7-Day Period

4.1 General Policy

Important: After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used access periods. Since you pay once for a specific duration, you will retain access for the full period you purchased.

4.2 Why We Don't Offer Partial Refunds

Unlike subscription services that charge monthly, our one-time payment model means:

  • You receive immediate access to all premium features
  • There are no recurring charges to cancel
  • You have full control over whether to purchase again when your access expires
  • The 7-day guarantee period provides sufficient time to evaluate the service

5. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

Outside of our 7-day money-back guarantee, we may issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

5.1 Service Outages

If you experience significant service outages that prevent you from using Eiredriver, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer:

5.2 Billing Errors

7. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Important: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and additional fees.

9.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • You may be responsible for chargeback fees (typically €15-25)
  • Your account may be permanently terminated if the chargeback is deemed unjustified
  • You may be barred from future purchases

9.3 Resolving Disputes

We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes amicably. Most issues can be resolved within 24-48 hours by contacting our support team.

10. Account Access After Refund

10.1 Immediate Access Termination

When a refund is issued:

  • Your premium access will be immediately revoked
  • Your account will revert to the free tier
  • You will retain access to your learning history and statistics
  • Free tier features (2 practice sessions and 1 mock test daily) will remain available

10.2 Future Purchases

After receiving a refund, you are generally not eligible for another refund on future purchases. However, you may continue to use the free tier or make new purchases, which will not include the 7-day money-back guarantee.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

If we make material changes that reduce your refund rights, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your purchase will be governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
