Eiredriver provides an online platform for preparing for the Irish Driver Theory Test through:

• Interactive practice questions and mock tests
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Social features including friend challenges and leaderboards
• Study materials and explanations
• Gamification elements including achievements and streaks

Our Service is designed to supplement, not replace, official study materials provided by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) of Ireland.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Log out of your account at the end of each session

4.3 Account Termination

6. Payment and Access Terms

6.1 Free and Premium Access

We offer both free and premium access tiers. Free tier includes limited daily sessions (2 practice sessions and 1 mock test). Premium features require a one-time payment and are subject to the pricing displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

6.2 One-Time Payment Model

• All premium packages are one-time purchases with no automatic renewals
• You pay once and receive access for a specified duration (e.g., 30, 90, 180, or 365 days)
• When your access period expires, you can optionally purchase a new package if you wish to continue
• We do not store your payment details for future charges
• Price changes will not affect packages you have already purchased

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be processed according to our Refund Policy. After the 7-day period, all sales are final except as required by law or in exceptional circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.

6.4 Access Expiration

When your premium access expires, your account will automatically revert to the free tier. You will retain access to your learning history and statistics, but premium features will no longer be available unless you purchase a new package.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eiredriver Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content
